On July 7, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission filed an action against The Lucas Law Center and Future Financial Services, LLC. The U.S. District Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order placing the assets of those companies in receivership and appointed Robb Evans & Associates LLC as Receiver to take over possession and control of those companies. The companies will be temporarily closed and will not be able to negotiate with any lenders or take any further steps to delay or prevent foreclosure sales which may be pending or threatened against your property.

If you have authorized any of these entities to discuss or negotiate on your behalf with your lender, the Receiver strongly recommends that you immediately contact your lender directly. We cannot process any refunds at this time. We do not know how refund requests will be handled. The U.S. District Court will make the final determination as to how refund requests will be handled and as to any future operations of the companies.
